A road is to be closed in Brynów. Buses change their routes until further notice

Because of the next stage of the transfer centre construction in Brynów, Katowice, and partial closing of Rzepakowa street we introduce temporary route changes for certain buses. The changes will take effect from 11 May 2020 (Monday) until further notice. They will apply to bus lines No: 9, 10, 11, 13, 29, 45, 51, 296, 297, 297N, 653, 688, 689, and 937.

Modifications will be as follows:

• lines No 13, 653, 688, and 937; the service of end/start stop BRYNÓW PĘTLA is suspended. Instead, a new temporary stop named BRYNÓW HUBERTA was determined, situated in Kościuszki street, in the area of tram stop of the same name;
• ine No 13; having served the LIGOTA KOLEJOWA LIBERO stop will run to the BRYNÓW HUBERTA stop, situated in a temporary location. Then it will serve the BRYNÓW KOŚCIUSZKI stop, which will be the start/stop for this line. For the period of works the BRYNÓW RZEPAKOWA stop towards Brynów will not be served;
• lines No 29 and 45 towards Katowice city centre: having served the OCHOJEC LECHICKA stop will go to the BRYNÓW HUBERTA stop, situated in a temporary location;
• lines No 653 and 688 towards Brynów: having served the OCHOJEC LECHICKA stop will go to the BRYNÓW HUBERTA stop, situated in a temporary location. Then they will serve the BRYNÓW KOŚCIUSZKI stop, which will be the start/stop for this line. For the period of works the BRYNÓW RZEPAKOWA stop towards Brynów will not be served (this applies to line No 688);
• line No 937 towards Brynów: having served the OCHOJEC WAPIENNA stop will go to the BRYNÓW HUBERTA stop, situated in a temporary location. Then it will serve the BRYNÓW KOŚCIUSZKI stop, which will be the start/stop for this line. For the period of carried out works the BRYNÓW RZEPAKOWA stop towards Brynów will not be served;
• line No 51 towards Katowice city centre: having served the LIGOTA DWORZEC PKP stop will serve the LIGOTA KOLEJOWA LIBERO and the BRYNÓW HUBERTA stop. For the time of diversion: LIGOTA RZESZÓTKI, LIGOTA KIEPURY, and BRYNÓW KOŚCIUSZKI stops towards Katowice city centre will not be served;
• line No 296 on holidays: towards Siemianowice, having served the BRYNÓW KOŚCIUSZKI stop, will go via the diversion to the BRYNÓW HUBERTA stop, situated in a temporary location;
• lines No 10, 11, 296 (working days), 297, 297N, and 689 towards Katowice city centre: having served the OCHOJEC WAPIENNA stop will go to the BRYNÓW HUBERTA stop, situated in a temporary location;
• lines No 9, 11, 296 (working days), 297, 297N, and 689 towards Ochojec and Brynów: having served the BRYNÓW KOŚCIUSZKI stop will go via the diversion to enter their old routes. For the time of works the stops: BRYNÓW PĘTLA towards Ochojec and Piotrowice and BRYNÓW RZEPAKOWA [NŻ] in both directions will not be served.
