With ZTM for the Night of Museums
On the night of 18/19 May (Saturday/Sunday) 2019 the museum doors in the whole Poland will be opened again. The same will happen in cities of the Upper-Silesian and Zagłębie Metropolis. Such an opportunity occurs only once a year, therefore it is definitely not worth to go to sleep then. Considerable attractions will be waiting for all interested persons during the Night of Museums. To facilitate visits the Metropolitan Transport Authority (ZTM) will start during that time special bus lines, marked as S1 and S2, operating from 17:00 during the period of making the museums available to visit.
This year in the Metropolis cities it will be possible to visit for free the museums and many other cultural institutions, which have additionally prepared an attractive programme, available to all participants.

The line routes are as follows:
- line S1: Bytom Plac Sobieskiego - Bytom Dworzec (railway station) – Bytom Teatr Tańca - Rozbark - Chorzów Estakada - Chorzów AKS - Chorzów Skansen - WPKiW Śląski Ogród Zoologiczny (Silesian ZOO) - Dąb Huta Baildon - Katowice Chorzowska - Katowice Aleja Korfantego - Katowice Strefa Kultury Muzeum Śląskie (Zone of Culture, Silesian Museum).
- line S2: Katowice Muzeum Historii Katowic (Museum of Katowice History) - Katowice Dworzec (railway station) - Katowice Plac Wolności - Katowice Sokolska - Katowice Aleja Korfantego - Katowice Strefa Kultury NOSPR (Zone of Culture) - Katowice Strefa Kultury - Katowice Fabryka Porcelany (China Factory).
Passengers of those lines will be exempted from the fare payment. We warmly invite to visit and to use our transport.
Biegowy weekend i zmiany w komunikacji miejskiej
W czterech miastach Górnośląsko-Zagłębiowskiej Metropolii w najbliższy weekend odbędą się biegi. W związku z czasowymi zmianami w organizacji ruchu drogowego, Zarząd Transportu Metropolitalnego wprowadzi modyfikacje w kursowaniu autobusów i tramwajów. Pasażerowie powinni wcześniej zapoznać się ze szczegółami zmian, aby uniknąć zaskoczeń w podróży.
Przerwa w działaniu infolinii
W czwartek 23 kwietnia w godzinach 22:00 - 23:00, w związku z zaplanowanymi pracami technicznymi, mogą występować tymczasowe trudności w skontaktowaniu się z konsultantami infolinii.
