Public transport in Sundays in 2020

Publication date: 27.12.2019

7 commercial Sundays - that will be available in 2020. This means changes for passengers using the offer of the Metropolitan Transport Authority. Bus routes near shopping centers will run differently.

The end of the year is getting closer. In connection with the introduced act on the restriction of trade on Sundays and holidays, the Metropolitan Transport Authority prepared changes in the functioning of transport. It is worth getting to know them before we start our Sunday trip.

There will be more non-trading Sundays in 2020. More often on the timetable, therefore, we will see information about the rates applicable on Sundays and holidays with a ban on trade. Bus lines serving shopping centers, i.e. lines 26525359109142710 and 850, will run on the following days according to timetables valid on Sundays and non-commercial holidays, i.e. without stopping service at shopping centers and lines 232250 and 750 will not run:

  • in January - 1, 5, 6, 12, 19,
  • in February - 2, 9, 16, 23,
  • in March - 1, 8, 15, 22, 29,
  • in April - 12, 13, 19,
  • in May - 1, 3, 10, 17, 24, 31,
