A new Metroline will connect Czeladź and Katowice

The line will be operating throughout the entire week from early morning hours till late night hours. Every hour on working days and holidays.

Sądowa will be the terminus in Katowice. The buses will go via Sokolska and Chorzowska streets to Plac Alfreda. Next they will head for Siemianowice Śląskie and via Bangów they will reach Czeladź. The Czeladź Dworzec stop will be the last one. The timetable travel time will be approx. 30 minutes.  

METROLINES

Metrolines are bus connections started regularly from May 2021. They are aimed at increasing the availability of transport offer and improving the travelling in cities and municipalities, through which they pass, till the time of starting the Metropolitan Railways.

So far 27 metrolines have been started in the Metropolis. Altogether 32 of them are to be created. They have different functions. The basic, so-called ‘framework’, lines serve big cities, and are characterised by significant passenger flows. They are marked with one digit, e.g. M1. The next type comprises supplementary lines, integrating individual parts of the Metropolis. They have two-digit symbols, e.g. M25. Also the delivering and taking back lines are operating. They have three-digit symbols, like M101. They ensure the transport to all previously introduced metrolines.
