Such issues as the offer of provided transport services (e.g. low and additionally lowered floor, special area for a wheelchair, kneel-down system, voice announcements, or static inscriptions on electronic displays) were discussed. There was also information on the cooperation with NGOs - Fundacja Ważni Ludzie (Important People Foundation), Stowarzyszenie Przyjaciół Integracji (Association of Integration Friends), or Fundacja Transgresja (Transgression Foundation), as well as establishment of a special Accessibility Team, which objective is to take care of ensuring access to ZTM services for persons with special needs. Also such areas as the facilities in the customer service or care of appropriate informing were discussed; the audience were particularly interested in the project of placing yellow labels with the Braille alphabet and QR codes on timetables.
