This year day without car is behind us. See what happened

Publication date: 26.09.2022

On the 22nd of September we encouraged to use buses, trams, and trolleybuses, and we were thanking our Passengers for choosing the urban transport - an ecological form of transport. Apart from free travelling for holders of a logbook, we have prepared sweet snacks, a quiz, and transport gadgets. We also participated in the educational action of the Police.

As every year, on the Day Without Car we have prepared some attractions for our Passengers, which were a form of appreciation for the use of urban transport. In buses you could meet hostesses, which were distributing sweet snacks. Passengers were answering questions in quizzes and questionnaires. Using the urban transport on that exceptional day you could have received ZTM gadgets, and persons, who were holding a vehicle’s logbook, were not paying for tickets.

The Metropolitan Transport Authority (ZTM) also participated in an educational action carried out together with the Police, ‘There is place for everybody on the road’, which was aimed at promoting mutual culture of all participants of the road traffic. You can read more about this action here.
