How does it work?

 👉 children and youth, with the place of residence in the area of the GZM and in municipalities, which concluded an appropriate agreement, can enjoy free rides;

👉 the entitlement is encoded on the card or in the Transport GZM application based on an appropriate document, which confirms the identity (e.g., a school ID) and the place of residence;

👉 the metropolitan concession on a personalised card may be encoded at the Passenger Service Points (POP-s), which list is provided  here;

👉 in the Transport GZM system the concession is to be encoded on your own. It is necessary to confirm it next at a Passenger Service Point or by a ticket inspector. Till the time of verification, it is necessary to hold the document entitling to the concession during the ride.
